I’m not going to be recommending the mainstream powders that are labeled specifically for keto because a lot of these have additives. To be honest, we don’t need all that extra stuff. This is an isolated protein and is great for someone looking to avoid lactose due to either lactose intolerance or a food sensitivity. Perhaps the biggest difference is that this is NOT an isolate whey protein. This means that it is going to have some dairy proteins in it. If you are lactose intolerant, you’ll want to be aware of this.
It also does NOT contain the lecithin ingredient which helps with easy mixing. So, it may not mix as well as other proteins, but I don’t think this should affect your selection. Pure whey is whey protein in its NATURAL form which is awesome.
